I've been drawing since the age of two, when I loved to "drawf a wady" (draw a lady.) I grew up among tall trees, brooks, and ponds full of tadpoles. So much of my childhood spent imagining stories in the woods or by the ocean come into play in my artwork today. My imagery is dreamlike, layered, and tells a story that others can see their story in.
My work has been shown in galleries across the United States and has been published in books, zines, magazines, and recently, in public artwork displays. I have a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art. I currently live with my husband and two children outside of Boston, MA. When not making art, I love to wander in libraries, laugh with my kids, ride roller coasters, and collect scraps of paper for collage.
